Need Advice?

Peter McVerry Trust’s Referral and Assessment Team provides information and advice to people in need of support.

If you require advice or support, please fill out the short online form at this link and a member of our Referrals and Assessment Team will contact you.

If Peter McVerry Trust is not the most appropriate agency to respond to your needs then the team will try to put you in touch with a more appropriate organisation or point of contact.

Dublin

Peter McVerry Trust’s Information and Advice Centre and Youth Café service is temporarily closed due to restrictions in place due to COVID-19.

If you’re in Dublin and require emergency support, please call the DRHE’s Freephone on 1800 707 707. The phone service operates from 10am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

Kildare

The Out of Hours Information and Advice Service for Co. Kildare is operated by Peter McVerry Trust on behalf of Kildare County Council.

The service offers information and advice to anyone at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness in Co. Kildare. The freephone number operates outside of Kildare County Council’s office hours and at weekends.

Contact the Freephone on 1800 804 307. 

The freephone number is active from 5pm – 9pm Monday to Friday. It operates from Noon – 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Limerick

In Limerick, anyone in need of information and advice relating to housing and other prevention services can contact Peter McVerry Trust’s Mid West Regional Office in Limerick City.

The office address is 50 O’Connell Street, Limerick City and is open from 10am – 2pm, Monday to Friday. Contact the office by calling 061 214 882.

Louth

In Louth, anyone in need of information and advice relating to housing or other prevention measures can contact our office in Drogheda.

The office address is 20 St Laurence Street, Drogheda. Due to the Level 5 restrictions in place, the drop-in service is only available via phone on 041 983 4274 between 10am – 12noon, Monday- Friday.
